Job summary

WarehouseGig in Warrendale, PA, seeks an experienced Operations technician to perform and manage routine and high-level maintenance duties across the facility. You will assist with material handling equipment and facility repairs, ensuring food safety and product quality.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical systems, and ability to operate and test equipment. Shift is Monday–Friday, with some nights/weekends as needed; competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance or preventive equipment maintenance.
• Experience with food processing equipment is a plus.
• Experience with RollStock and Repack vacuum packaging machines is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; knowledge of electrical systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and high-level maintenance duties in the facility.
• Complete preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery per manufacturer guidelines.
• Visually inspect and test machinery; report problems to operations staff.
• Diagnose problems and repair machines with parts per manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Set up and break-down of Food Processing equipment as needed.
• Carry out building maintenance repairs (plumbing, lighting, etc.).
• Maintain material handling equipment and battery watering services as needed.
• Occasionally work night shifts and weekends; perform other duties as assigned.
