Travel + Leisure Co. in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to uphold quality results for our guests by applying HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills and ensuring each unit and building is in perfect working order.

You will perform preventive maintenance, repair walls, report deficiencies, and work with safety programs. The role includes daytime and evening shifts, with competitive hourly pay and a benefits package for associates working 30+ hours.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on systems such as HVAC.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow company safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs.
• Performs plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs using soldering, PVC, CPVC and fittings.
• Replaces breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets; troubleshoot hazards.
• Completes preventative programs on all systems such as HVAC.
• Complete repairs on interior walls, drywall, painting and wall coverings.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
