Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time role supports our large-scale rental housing operations, performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance to keep properties in top condition.

You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry and other systems, ensuring on-time service, rent-ready turnover, and safety alignment with company standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation with the team.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances and carpentry.
• Complete service requests and repairs promptly to standard.
• Ensure vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Conduct apartment preventative maintenance.
• Assist in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintain safety culture and follow Vivmark policies.
