Job summary

Sephora's Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch seeks a Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair and maintain motorized material handling equipment, conveyors and building HVAC systems. The role supports the Maintenance/Facilities team to ensure safe and efficient operations.

You should have a high school diploma with technical training and 2–3 years in mechanical/electrical maintenance. Starting pay ranges from $30.25 to $32.35 per hour, with potential shift differential and benefits

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.
• Two to 3 years of practical experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent.
• Background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment and HVAC systems.
• Document repairs and adjustments accurately.
• Perform equipment upgrades and custodial repairs as assigned.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and read schematics.
