Job summary

Sephora’s Mississippi Distribution Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, monitor, and maintain facility structure, equipment, and grounds. You will work with service providers, inspectors, and asset managers to ensure reliable performance of building systems and conveyors.

Starting base pay ranges from $30.25 to $32.35 per hour, with possible overtime. The role requires a HS diploma or better and 2–3 years in maintenance, with experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.
• 2–3 years of practical experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent.
• Background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Automated Process Control or Material Handling Equipment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete Preventive and Predictive Maintenance tasks on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts and building HVAC systems.
• Assess, perform, and properly document necessary equipment repairs and adjustments.
• Competently and accurately complete equipment and facility repairs and upgrades as assigned.
• Perform custodial repairs.
• Assist in the set up, tear down and clean up of all company social functions, meetings and events.
• Comply with all safety laws, all Sephora safety policies, and report safety violations to supervision.
