Job summary

Sephora at the Las Vegas Distribution Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, monitor and maintain facility structure, equipment and grounds. The role involves working with service providers and asset managers to ensure building performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance practices for motorized material handling equipment, conveyors, HVAC systems.
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with lubrications, adjustments, calibration and set-up.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyors and building HVAC systems.
• Assess, perform and document equipment repairs and adjustments.
• Repair and upgrade equipment and facilities as assigned.
• Perform custodial repairs.
• Assist in setup/teardown and cleanup of events and functions.
• Maintain safety compliance and report violations.
