The role offers an hourly pay range of $21.00–$23.00 with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:30 AM–5:00 PM and on-call duties on a rotating cycle. Strong customer service, basic technical skills and the ability to work with diverse residents are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Complete service requests and repairs per company procedures.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and market readiness.
• Perform preventive maintenance, safety inspections and unit inspections.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal including snow removal, landscaping and waste management.
• Be available for on-call duties during off-hours and emergencies.
