Job summary

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5+ years of experience), at least 3 years of general maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential repairs and maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks daily.
• Responds to emergency calls and on-call as needed.
• Maintains maintenance records and logs.
