Job summary

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and up to 1 year of experience, with a valid Florida driver's license and a background check.

Qualifications

• High School education preferred.
• Entry level to 1 year experience.
• Must pass a Level 1 background check.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Repair lighting, electrical issues, plumbing, carpentry, painting and ceiling tile replacement.
• Replace HVAC filters and inspect emergency lighting.
• Perform general carpentry and basic electrical repairs.
• Manage work orders via tablet and update status promptly.
• Work in a safe, customer-facing environment and follow safety procedures.
