Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform electrical equipment maintenance, installations and modifications per codes.
• Ability to document records neatly and accurately.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and work from sketches.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair tools and equipment in good working order.
• Coordinate electrical maintenance, installations and modifications per applicable codes.
• Assist in operation and maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith and alarm systems.
• Troubleshoot, test and repair mechanical systems with limited guidance.
• Monitor outside contractors and ensure documentation is complete.
