AdventHealth in Kissimmee, Florida, United States is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join its facilities team. The role involves performing essential repairs on mechanical systems, responding to in-house work orders, and maintaining detailed maintenance records.

• Ability to assist in contributing to system training manuals and upgrades as changes occur
• Able to communicate in English
• Must have the ability to document records neatly and accurately
• Ability to generate requisitions for materials and supplies

Responsibilities

• Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested.
• Assists in tests, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under direct supervision.
• Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
• Responds to emergency calls and takes call in accordance with facility needs.
• Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
• Keeps current on maintenance logs and documentation.

Job Description

Shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm

• Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested.
