Job summary

Ponte Winery is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to keep our winery property in excellent condition and up to safety standards. You will lead major construction projects and upgrades on the property, as well as perform routine repairs and upkeep under the direction of the Facilities Manager.

Requirements include 3+ years in facility maintenance or construction, trades experience (drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC), and ability to lift 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Facility Maintenance or Construction.
• Trades experience: Drywall, Painting, Carpentry, Tile, Masonry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC.
• Safe use of hand and power tools; attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond promptly to requests with courtesy.
• Maintain property to a pristine, presentable state.
• Perform major construction projects under Facilities Manager guidance.
• Conduct minor repairs and routine upkeep.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment; drive company vehicles as needed.
