Job summary

The Trilogy at The Vineyards is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform skilled maintenance including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks. You will lead junior staff and ensure safe, high-quality upkeep of facilities in a dynamic club environment in Brentwood, CA.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, relevant licenses, and a strong safety culture. The role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends and offers comprehensive benefits and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must be licensed in Electrical Repairs, Plumbing Repairs, Finish Carpentry, Ceramic and Porcelain Tile Installation, Welding, HVAC, Painting and Wall Texturing.
• Certified Pool Operator certification required.
• Current First Aid or other safety certifications, as required by the Club.
• Ability to read building drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors about job tasks and responsibilities.
• Desire to contribute to a productive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude with team members and the public.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality building maintenance to meet member and guest requirements.
• Maintain tools and maintenance equipment; keep maintenance room organized.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and report issues.
• Assemble tools and supplies for daily assignments.
• Work safely and wear all PPE.
• Follow safety requirements and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as installing shelves and hooks.
• Change light bulbs and fixtures; perform electrical tasks as needed.
• Open clogged drains and perform basic plumbing duties.
• Touch-up painting and repaint rooms.
• Assist with loading/unloading and moving furniture.
• Maintain inventories of building supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
