Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair in areas such as appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Complete service requests and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal through snow removal, landscaping, and trash management.
• Be available for on-call activity as scheduled.
