Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Di Giorgio Family Apartments, a LIHTC community in Lamont, CA. You will perform maintenance across rental units, common areas, and grounds.

Requirements include 1–3 years of experience, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliances, plus strong customer service and communication skills. On-call availability is required and English is necessary.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances and HVAC.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair in areas including appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Complete service requests and repairs; prepare vacant units for occupancy per standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and annual unit/safety inspections.
• Maintain grounds, curb appeal, snow removal, landscaping and trash management.
• Be on-call for emergencies per a pre-determined schedule.
