Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties at The Ranch at State Highway 123. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and help manage maintenance programs for the community.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, holds an A/C Type II certification, and has a valid driver’s license. A flexible schedule and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
