Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for The Ranch at State Highway 123. This on-site role focuses on efficient maintenance across an apartment community, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and contributing to overall maintenance programs.

The position requires one year of apartment maintenance experience, valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions and community preservation programs.
