The AZEK Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the 6:00am-3:30pm shift at the Scranton, PA facility to keep production lines and equipment running reliably. You will assist in prioritizing work orders, support TPM and 6S initiatives, and train operators in daily preventative maintenance.
Willingness to participate in line commissioning and plant projects is expected; welding and forklift certifications are a plus, GED or high school diploma required.

Computer Skills: Computer skills to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Will meet qualification and certification requirements established by TimberTech's Training Resources and Knowledge (TRAK) program
Completion of two year Maintenance Certification course
Stick and wire welding experience required with structural welding certification, a plus
Forklift experience required with the ability to complete TT Forklift Certification program
Proven experience in working unassisted with and troubleshooting: Electrical, Electronic, Motor
Controller Drives, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems; Strong background in
manufacturing systems in dynamic fast-paced manufacturing environment; Working knowledge of
extrusion process, twin screw setup, blending system a plus; Knowledge of PLC Logic technology, a
plus; Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings; Strong decision making, analytical skills and
proven ability to work cross-functionally; Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities;
Strong mathematical skills; Success in planning, executing and managing projects; Strong
interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate upward and downward to a wide range of
audiences; Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7
