The AZEK Company is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to help keep extrusion lines and equipment running smoothly. This role supports maintenance planning, line commissioning after maintenance events, and cross-functional project work in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, maintenance certifications, and the ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. The position is on-site with a daytime shift and competitive starting pay.
$27.50 to start. 6:00am-3:30pm

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Computer Skills: Computer skills to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Certifications &
Will meet qualification and certification requirements established by TimberTech"s Training Resources and Knowledge (TRAK) program
Completion of two year Maintenance Certification course
Stick and wire welding experience required with structural welding certification, a plus
Forklift experience required with the ability to complete TT Forklift Certification program
Other Requirements: Proven experience in working unassisted with and troubleshooting: Electrical, Electronic, Motor
Controller Drives, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems; Strong background in
manufacturing systems in dynamic fast-paced manufacturing environment; Working knowledge of
extrusion process, twin screw setup, blending system a plus; Knowledge of PLC Logic technology, a
plus; Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings; Strong decision making, analytical skills and
proven ability to work cross-functionally; Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities;
Strong mathematical skills; Success in planning, executing and managing projects; Strong
interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate upward and downward to a wide range of
audiences; Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7
