Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
• Solid technical skills with ability to grow under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility and equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks.
• Work with Maintenance III and Plant Manager to keep equipment safe and efficient.
• Support complex tasks and contribute to production uptime and safety.
