Job summary

PLA is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Technician II for the 4th shift in Siloam Springs, AR. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring equipment safety and uptime, under guidance from senior staff.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience, basic electrical knowledge, and willingness to grow within the team. OSHA-compliant, safety-focused, and team-oriented applicants encouraged.

Qualifications

1–3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
Basic electrical knowledge; certifications a plus
Welding experience (arc and/or MIG) preferred; certification a plus
Valid driver's license required
Vocational/trade school training or equivalent on-the-job experience preferred
Basic 24V DC wiring and ability to read simple schematics
120V AC and 240V AC wiring, troubleshooting, and repair
Basic hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge
Familiarity with production tools: Sawzall, air nail guns, screw guns, electric motors
Basic computer proficiency: ability to process PMs, manage logs, and communicate via email
Mechanical troubleshooting skills with a willingness to develop advanced competencies

Responsibilities

Perform facility and equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
Contribute to production uptime and workplace safety by executing PM schedules and mechanical/electrical repairs.
Support complex tasks alongside senior maintenance staff and under supervision.
