Job summary

Pilgrim's in De Queen, Arkansas is seeking a Lead Maintenance technician for the 1st shift (4 am to 2 pm). You will coordinate maintenance of production machinery and facility equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to repairs during production.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency. The position offers pay at $22.25 per hour with an attendance bonus of $2.75 per hour when qualifications are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience in manufacturing or similar setting.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, work orders, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and facilities equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and plant facilities.
• Read manuals and work orders to perform maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and adjust equipment.
• Use hand and power tools and testing meters.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly work areas.
