Shift Details: Monday-Thursday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM, Friday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Starting Wage: $22.75/hour + 13% Shift Premium

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for HVAC emergency, routine, and preventive maintenance, including changing filters and belts, while maintaining safety standards, communicating effectively, and training employees. The role supports the R&D Lab, performs daily problem solving, preventive maintenance, quick fixes, repairs, and assists with facilities tasks such as moving office furniture, rooftop units, overhead doors, and other maintenance functions as needed.

• Perform general facilities repairs, such as painting, wallpaper repair, and bathroom fixture repairs
• Inspect HVAC equipment, perform preventive maintenance, filter and belt changes (most work outsourced)
• Water testing (training provided)
• Move and dispose of office furniture
• Maintain facility cleanliness inside and outside
• Manage trash and recycling removal
• Perform snow removal, grass cutting, trimming, and cleanup
• Landscaping tasks
• Parking lot cleaning
• Painting, including cleaning and prepping surfaces
