Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months in maintenance with manufacturing focus (Injection Molding preferred).
• Proficient in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical.
• Ability to read/interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints.
• Basic programming understanding for PLC troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and electrical issues from drawings and diagrams.
• Repair or replace defective parts to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with safety policies.
• Collaborate with team to prioritize tasks and support production schedules.
