Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Greeneville, TN to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and execute preventive maintenance on production systems.

The role emphasizes MIG welding and mechanical troubleshooting to support continuous operations. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of MIG welding training or experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of MIG welding training, schooling, or on-the-job experience required.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments preferred.
• MIG welding experience required.
• Basic tool room and machinist knowledge preferred.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Flexible and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Complete MIG welding repairs related to maintenance issues.
• Repair and maintain weld fixtures.
• Operate tool room equipment and machinery.
• Assist with prototype and test unit construction.
• Perform daily and monthly maintenance inspections and audits.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Execute assigned preventive maintenance schedules.
• Support production operations by resolving equipment-related issues.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
