Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining property buildings and grounds, diagnosing work order requests, and making repairs such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, cleaning, and appliance repairs.
• Manage work orders and coordinate effectively with team members.
• Maintain all aspects of the property per Mandel Group standards.
• Groundskeeping duties, including trash removal and touch-up cleaning of vacant units.
• Work 40 hours per week and participate in on-call rotations, including some weekends and nights.

Preferred but not required certifications and experience:

• EPA Universal or Type 1 and 2 certifications
• CPO Certification
• 1-3 years of maintenance/HVAC experience
