Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the Centro at Davie community. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties, supporting the Service Manager and ensuring timely completion of service requests.

This role offers a path for career progression, on-call flexibility, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. A1+ year apartment maintenance experience and an active HVAC Type II or Universal

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call

Responsabilités

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
