**The Maintenance Technician II** is responsible for:
+ Maintenance, operation, and repair of building and equipment throughout the facility
+ Performing preventative maintenance
+ Work including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic tube, painting, carpentry

**Minimum Requirements**
**Education**
+ **Required -** High School or Equivalent
+ Preferred - Technical
**Licenses**
+ **Required** - FL Driver's License
**Experience**
+ **Required -** 2 years maintenance
+ Preferred - 1 year maintenance in hospital related field
