Job summary

Henssler Property Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance/Service Technician II to join our team. You will perform maintenance and repairs to ensure the apartment community operates smoothly and residents receive high-quality service.

The role requires HVAC certification, EPA Level II or Universal certification, and the ability to troubleshoot plumbing and electrical issues. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with a strong emphasis on safety and

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance experience in the apartment industry.
• Must be HVAC certified and Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical issues.
• Knowledge of apartment turnover procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to physically complete assigned job duties and take direction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Predictable and regular attendance and ability to report to work on time are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units.
• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain the property's HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
