Job summary

Henssler Property Management is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician I to maintain a safe, clean, and market-ready apartment community. You will work with the Community Manager and Service Supervisor to complete turnovers, respond to non-HVAC service requests, and support overall upkeep.

Responsibilities include preparing vacated units, performing minor repairs, assisting with appliance changes, and ensuring safety compliance and customer service excellence across the grounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow directions.

Maintenance/Service Technician I

We’re seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician I to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and “market-ready” apartment community. This role works closely with the Community Manager and Service Supervisor to complete apartment turnovers, respond to non-HVAC service requests, and assist with the overall upkeep of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vacated units for new residents following a schedule
  
• Complete minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
  
• Assist with appliance replacement and key/lock changes
  
• Support cleanliness and safety of community grounds
  
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and ability to take direction

• Must be able to physically complete assigned job duties and take direction.
