Job Summary
As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for supporting facility reliability and production efficiency through preventive maintenance, equipment repair, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Performs maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, refrigeration, and utility systems; conducts inspections and preventive maintenance; fabricates and welds components; and responds to equipment issues to minimize downtime. Maintains accurate maintenance records, develops job plans and procedures, coordinates with vendors, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Also supports facility upkeep, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and operation of forklifts and lift equipment

Physical Demands and Work Conditions:
This role requires the ability to regularly lift and move materials, as well as frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion. The work environment includes exposure to production equipment, refrigerated conditions, and a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Employees are expected to follow all safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements whilemaintaininga clean and organized workspace.
High School Diploma or better in Other.
Associates Degree or better in Other.
