Since 1974, Stock Manufacturing & Design has been a family-run business with roots on the west side of Cincinnati. We have grown from one facility to three, with locations in Cleves, Fairfield, and Harrison. We excel in steel fabrication within the contract manufacturing industry.

We seek a motivated, self-efficient individual for the Maintenance Technician II position, based in Cleves, Ohio, with travel to Harrison and Fairfield facilities. Hours are Mon – Fri, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, or similar.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician II maintains facility and equipment safety and efficiency across four facilities within a 30-mile radius of Cincinnati. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and supporting other technicians. The role emphasizes independence, continuous learning, documentation, and collaboration, aligned with our core values of integrity, commitment, growth, and partnership.

Job Duties

1. Machine Maintenance and Troubleshooting (50%): Diagnose, maintain, and repair equipment across all facilities, following safety protocols.
2. Preventive Maintenance (25%): Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent failures and reduce downtime.
3. Record Keeping (10%): Keep accurate maintenance records using the CMMS system.
4. Team Collaboration (10%): Coordinate with Level 1 and Level 3 technicians to prioritize and share knowledge.
5. Proactive Problem-Solving (5%): Identify critical maintenance needs and implement solutions to improve equipment reliability.

Candidate Requirements
