Inspects, maintains, repairs, and installs mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment at plant and/or pump stations.
Work involves outdoor exposure, physical labor, working at heights, and operating various tools and equipment. Must lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces or at heights.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; 2-5 years in a related environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Mechanical aptitude, proficiency with tools and meters, ability to interpret specifications, and effective communication skills.
Certifications and Licenses: Water/wastewater license, valid driver’s license, OSHA/Hazwoper training, and other trade licenses as applicable.
