Insight Enterprises in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support day-to-day operations at our headquarters. The role focuses on central plant monitoring, building systems, and teammate service requests, with onsite work five days a week.

The incumbent will assist with inspections, compliance records, and ServiceNow tickets while learning specialized facility controls. A high school diploma or GED is required, with trade/technical training or an associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily central plant walks and identify abnormal conditions to maintain safe, reliable facility operations.
  • Monitor building automation and control systems; respond to alarms and operating issues.
  • Support operation and maintenance of chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, elevators, lighting and shade controls.
  • Serve as first point of contact for facility issues and provide professional support to teammates.
  • Manage ServiceNow requests, tickets, room setups, meetings, and events.
  • Perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing equipment.
  • Maintain permits, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities, inspectors, and vendors as needed.
  • Develop and maintain operating procedures and maintenance processes.
  • Collaborate with maintenance team and cover during high-demand periods.
