Job summary

Insight Enterprises is seeking a Services Technician - W2 to onsite in Fort Worth, TX. You will configure hardware, deploy imaging, troubleshoot hardware issues, and perform quality control on IT devices.

The role requires Windows OS knowledge, imaging tools, and hardware experience, with potential for growth within the company. The position is fully onsite in Fort Worth with a 2:00pm - 10:30pm shift and a 25.85 USD per hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and imaging software (Ghost, MDT, SCCM).
• 1+ year hardware troubleshooting experience including laptops and desktops for Tier One vendors.

PC’s, messaging and server software applications experience required.
