Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to ensure all units and buildings are in top condition, delivering quality results for guests using maintenance skills and strong customer service.

The role involves routine repairs across painting, appliance maintenance, minor electrical and carpentry, plus make-ready work and landscape care. You will work both independently and with a team, upholding safety programs and ensuring guest satisfaction through reliable upkeep of facilities.

Qualificações

• Basic handyman skills.
• Experience performing general maintenance tasks is a plus.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision.
• Address service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Work on make-ready units and replace/repair fixtures.
• Maintain and repair doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain landscape and report deficiencies in building systems.

As a Maintenance Tech I, you'll make dream vacations by providing quality results for our guests by using your maintenance skills, customer service expertise and guaranteeing each unit and building is in perfectly working order.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision in a manner which ensures the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production.
• Perform service requests and repairs as directed (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, general repair includes: doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape: including emptying trash, pick up of trash, general landscape work.
• Clean and inspect in building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor. Adhere to the company's safety programs.

Compensation

Generally starting at $17.50 - $18.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
