Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to support our resort-style properties in Port Townsend, WA. You will perform general maintenance to ensure grounds and units are in optimal condition, handling tasks from painting to minor electrical and carpentry under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Address service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain premises for make-ready units as directed and inspect building systems for deficiencies.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, general repair includes: doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape: including emptying trash, pick up of trash, general landscape work.
• Clean and inspect in building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor. Adhere to the company’s safety programs.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Compensation

Generally starting at $19.50 - $19.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
