EAH Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Nohona Hale, a 111-unit affordable family housing community in Honolulu, HI. The role involves performing essential repairs and preventative maintenance on rental units and assisting with painting, minor electrical work, and turnover preparations.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of plumbing/electrical/general maintenance, a CADL, clean DMV, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lock Replacement/adjustment, bolt installation, window locks, latches and keys
• Screen Door Repair and Replacement, Sheetrock repair when needed
• Detailing Turnover Units, Completing within 5 days

This position is for a full-time Maintenance Tech I to work at Nohona Hale, a 111-unit affordable family housing community in Honolulu, HI. This is a Tax Credit / HMMF Bond property. Qualified candidates must have 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience, knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Must have a CADL, clean DMV record and reliable transportation. Must have basic computer knowledge. Salary range: $19.95- $30.40 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $19.95 - $25.18 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

Position Overview

EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer.
