Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician I with at least 1 year of experience in an industrial setting and a focus on grounds maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues across the facility, performing preventative and mechanical maintenance, and reading ladder logic/HMI programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints.
• Experience with electrical testing and PLCs.
• CPR and first aid training may be required.
• Commitment to safety practices and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Preventative maintenance on all machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
• Welding and fabrication tasks with minimal direction.
• Enter data into maintenance system timely and accurately.
• Work safely with electrical systems in maintenance tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
