Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking Maintenance Technicians with a minimum of 2 years in an industrial setting to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems across our Chilton, WI facility. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, machine repair, and safe, efficient workmanship.

Ideal candidates have strong electrical/PLC background, can read ladder logic and program HMIs, and can complete hands-on electrical/PLC assessments. Shift options: 2nd and 3rd with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Hydraulics, pneumatics and plumbing knowledge.
• Mechanical, welding and cutting skills.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic prints.
• Strong problem solving, safety practices and attention to quality.
• Meter usage and measurement skills.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• CPR and first aid training may be required.
• Lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, confined space training.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC.

Responsibilities

• Complete mechanical repairs and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
• Complete welding and fabrication tasks with minimal direction.
• Enter data into maintenance system timely and accurately.
• Perform advanced electrical work to maintain safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
