Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in general maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and interact with residents.
• Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards.
• Inspect property mechanical systems and address safety issues.
