Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade apprenticeship or technical training.
• Preferred minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
• Reliable transportation to travel locally in Beverly / North Shore.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly under supervision.
• Perform routine building and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain clean, safe, and healthy properties.
• Attend required safety trainings and meetings.
• Respond to emergency calls during on-call rotations.
• Assist with snow removal when required.
