Qualifications

• One year of facility maintenance or related experience.
• Driving position requires a minimum age of 21 and a current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across building systems as described.
• Assist with renovations, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Support with scheduling, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Provide snow removal services and respond to emergencies as needed.
