Job summary

Palo Verde Behavioral Health is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team. The Maintenance Tech performs general maintenance duties in a healthcare facility, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, groundskeeping, lubrication and routine machine upkeep.

The role may involve fixing and troubleshooting boilers, heat pumps, air-conditioning systems, chillers and refrigeration units, and coordinating with on-site service providers as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in painting, drywall, AC/Heating, basic electrical/generator.
Must be 21 years of age and able to obtain/maintain an AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferably one year experience in facilities/plant operations.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance duties in a healthcare facility, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, grounds keeping, and light machine maintenance.
Repair and troubleshoot boilers, heat pumps, air-conditioning, chillers and refrigeration units.
Assist/monitor on-site service by other parties.
