Job summary

Odyssey House is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician in Salt Lake City. The role supports maintenance, renovations, and campus upkeep, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within a leading Utah treatment provider. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairs and general maintenance.
• Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs; work at heights as needed.
• Pass background check and have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance, upkeep, and renovations, including HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, and refuse removal.
• Assist in building code inspections and licensure compliance, including City, County, and State Fire and Health inspections and Joint Commission.
• All grounds maintenance, upkeep, and services.
• Reports to Director of Facilities. This position is non-exempt.
