Job summary

Valley Behavioral Health Incorporated seeks a Maintenance Technician I to maintain and repair a range of building systems, ensuring safe, functional and welcoming spaces for clients and staff. The role covers carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and fire and life safety under established procedures.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–4:00pm, with a pay starting at $24.00 per hour and benefits including time off, health coverage, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• One year of facility maintenance or related experience.
• Driving position requires a minimum age of 21 and a current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on buildings per SOPs, safety policies and manufacturer specs.
• Assist in evaluating project costs and monitoring vendor work.
• Assist with managing work orders, tracking labor hours and equipment maintenance.
