Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America (PECNA) is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I for the D shift at the Reno, NV area. The role maintains production machinery through preventative maintenance, and participates in troubleshooting, repair, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have working-level knowledge of the English language (reading, writing, speaking).
• Minimum of 2 years of production or manufacturing experience.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Resilient and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Check settings, gauge readings, and sensors regularly to keep machines operating at proper specifications.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance per documented requirements.
• Make visual and audible observations to detect abnormalities and restore machines to correct operation.
• Use hand and power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment.
• Report faulty operations and defective material to supervision; assist with minor repairs and adjustments.
