Job summary

Gateway at the Greene is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our on-site team in Kettering, OH. The role focuses on preparing vacant units for re-occupancy by coordinating tasks, supplies, and minor repairs in a residential property.

You will help maintenance staff with special projects and perform preventative and corrective maintenance across exteriors, interiors, and common areas, including basic appliance work and safety‑driven tasks.

Qualifications

• One year minimum of prior experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and supplies to prep vacant units for re-occupancy.
• Assist with maintenance team projects and inspections.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on systems and equipment.
• Maintain exteriors, common areas, and interior spaces; manage trash and cleaning.
