Job summary

Clayens US LLC in Greeneville, Tennessee seeks a maintenance technician to repair and maintain machinery, hydraulic/pneumatic systems and electrical controls. You will troubleshoot problems, replace components and perform preventative maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and training in injection molding, as well as experience with programmable controllers and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting programmable controllers and using related drawings/diagrams.
• Completion of Paulson injection molding training or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and electrical maintenance.
• Troubleshoots, repairs and replaces components to minimize downtime.
• Documents findings and adheres to LOTO and safety policies.
