Formación

• 5+ years experience as an injection molding technician.
• Experience with testing and repairing injection molding machines and robots.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoots and repairs plastic injection molding machines and robots; tests mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical parts.
• Performs safety checks on equipment and ensures OSHA compliance.
• Diagnoses problems in machine control systems and plans parts replacements as needed.
• Reads blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Collaborates with supervisors and maintenance staff to resolve equipment issues.
